· Are non smoking rooms available?
YES. There are 63 non smoking rooms. Please request a “non smoking room” when making your reservation.
· Do you sell drinks and snacks at the hotel?
YES. Drinks and snacks are both available in vending machines. Vending machines with snacks are located on the 4th and 5th floor; drinks are available on each floor.
· Are hair dryers and trouser press available?
YES. Hair dryers are placed in each room, 2 trouser presses are located on each floor near the elevator.
· Is there a conference room ?
YES. There is 1 conference room. Total capacity will be 15 people at full. Charge will be 3,200 yen for every hour.
· Is it possible to keep luggage at the front desk for early arrival?
YES. When arriving earlier before 3pm, it is possible to leave your luggage at front desk of our hotel. |

YES. Each room has a small refrigerator that can be used freely. |

· Are there Yukatas?
Yukatas are only set in the 17th floor rooms, other floors have night gowns. Any guests that prefer Yukatas, please ask the front desk.
· Price for breakfast
Prices are 1,050 yen per person. Breakfast will be Western food buffet.
Breakfast tickets are sold at the front desk, please ask when checking in.
· Is there an ice machine?
YES. There is an ice dispenser on the 4th floor. Plastic cups are also available.
· Do you have massage service?
YES. Service time will be from 8:00 pm to 1:30 midnight. Prices are 5,000 yen for 50 minutes.
· Is there room service?
NO. We are very sorry, but our hotel doesn’t have room service.
· Do you have service to send domestic packages from the hotel?
YES. Domestic packages are acceptable at the front desk 24 hours.
· Is there postal mail service?
YES. If your mail is not a rush, you can send postal mail from our hotel. We also sell postage stamps at the front desk.
· Do you have laundry service?
YES. Please ask the front desk. Prices differ among clothing.
Regular laundry: Laundry accepted by 10 am will be ready at 7pm on the same day.
· Do you have night laundry service?
YES. Please ask the front desk. Prices differ among clothing.
Night time laundry: Laundry accepted by 12 am midnight will be ready at 6 am on the next day. |
