Room facilities
Are there non smoking rooms available?
YES. Please request a non-smoking room when making your reservation.
Do the rooms have refrigerators?
YES. Each room has a small refrigerator that can be used freely.
Are Yukatas available?
YES. Night gowns are placed in every room. If you prefer Yukatas, please ask at the front desk.
Are hair dryers and trouser presses available?
YES. Hair dryers are placed in each room, trouser presses are located on each floor near the elevator.
 
Facility information
Do you have drinks and snacks available at the hotel?
YES. Drinks and snacks are both available from vending machines. Snacks vending machines are located on the 4th floor; drinks are available on each floor.
Is there an ice dispenser available?
YES. There is an ice dispenser at the vending corner on the 4th floor. Plastic cups are also available.
 
Other services
Price for breakfast
The price for breakfast is 1,050 yen per person, and served as continental style buffet. Breakfast tickets are sold at the front desk, please ask when checking in.
Do you have a room service?
NO. Unfortunately we do not have a room service available. There is a restaurant on the lobby floor. For orders other than breakfast, please pay directly at the restaurant.
Do you have a laundry service?
YES. Please ask at the front desk. Prices depend on the type of article, please confirm from the laundry service price list placed in your room.
Is there postal mail service?
YES. If your mail is not in a rush, we can post your mail from the hotel. We also sell postage stamps at the front desk.
Is it possible to send parcels to domestic destinations from the hotel?
YES. Delivery service for domestic parcels is available at the front desk 24 hours.
Is it possible to leave luggage at the front desk before check-in?
YES. If you arrive before 3pm, we can keep your luggage at the front desk until you check in.
