Room facilities
Are non smoking rooms available?
YES. Please request a “non smoking room” when making your reservation.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
YES. Each room has a small refrigerator can be used freely.
Are there Yukatas?
NO. Each room has a night gowns. If you prefer to wear Yukatas, please ask at the front desk.
Are hair dryers and trouser presses available?
YES. Hair dryers are placed in each room, trouser presses are located on each floor near the elevator.
 
Facility information
Do you sell drinks and snacks at the hotel?
YES. Drinks and snacks are both available in vending machines. Snacks vending machines are located on the 4th floor; drinks are available on each floor.
Is there an ice machine?
YES. There is an ice dispenser on the 4th floor. Plastic cups are also available.
 
Other services
Price for breakfast
The price is 1,050 yen per person. Breakfast will be Western food buffet. Breakfast tickets are sold at the front desk, please ask when checking in.
Is there room service?
NO. We are very sorry, our hotel dosen’t have room service. However, there is a restaurant next to the front desk. Payment will be at the restaurant, so please go directly.
Do you have laundry service?
YES. Please ask at the front desk. Prices differ from clothing to clothing.
Is there postal mail service?
YES. If your mail is not in a rush, you can send postal mail from our hotel. We also sell postage stamps at the front desk.
Do you have service to send domestic packages from the hotel?
YES. Domestic packages are acceptable at the front desk 24 hours.
Is it possible to keep luggage at the front desk for early arrival?
YES. When arriving before 3pm, we can keep your luggage at the front desk.
